What about transportation?
Colorado Ski Academy contracts with Arrow Stage Lines for transportation. Arrow's fleet consists of modern, deluxe motorcoaches that are restroom and video equipped. Arrow has an excellent safety record as well as experienced mountain drivers. Transportation is provided from the group's departure point.
Where do the trips go?
We currently have agreements with 4 resorts - Breckenridge, Keystone, Eldora and Winter Park. Special arrangements may be made for groups who want to visit other ski areas. Contact us at 303-337-0388 for a quote, or email us
Is there a minimum or maximum number of students that can participate?
We need a minimum of 30 paid participants to do a private bus for an individual group. There is no maximum number of participants.
What about insurance and liability?
All passengers are covered with full accident/medical insurance while traveling on the motorcoach to and from the ski areas. Arrow Stage Lines carries $5 million per vehicle liability. Colorado Ski Academy also carries a general liability insurance policy. Optional accident/medical coverage, covering participants while they are off the coach skiing or snowboarding, is available at the nominal cost of $3.00 per person.
As part of the registration form, all adults must sign a two-part liability release, holding any sponsoring organizations, Colorado Ski Academy, and the individual resort harmless.
